What do you need to provide?

• Full name of Executors and Beneficiaries
• Full Name, ID Number and Address of Testator

What is recommended?

• List your assets on an attaching piece of paper together with your valid will.
• Seek 2nd opinion with a human consultant.
• Ensure that the executor, substitute guardian and trustee are aware of their role.
• ID Number of executor and beneficiary is recommended.

You agree that

• The testator is 21 years old and above.
• The testator is of sound mind.
• The will is only valid once it has been physically ink signed by the testator and two witnesses.
• The content of the will is English and must be explained in English.
• The witness must not be a beneficiary.
